In her 32-years career, she has successfully led important cultural projects. Her work has been developed being at the head of various public and private entities, such as: Domus Theater of Cali, in which she is founder and artistic director since 1994; Cali´s Theater Festival, in which she was founder and general director (1998-2011); Jorge Eliecer Gaitan Theater of Bogotá, in which she was manager (2011); Secretary of Culture of Pereira, in which she was the head of office by merit-based competition (2020-2022); and Koralia Producciones, in which she is co-founder, producer and manager of outstanding artistic groups since 2016.
